Responsibilities
- Hiring and developing a team of technicians to service the Emerald Coast area
- Conduct necessary activities to grow our branch location
- Enhance the company's name in the community
- Manage day-to-day operational decision making within a fast-paced business
- Increase sales and gross margin and meet sales goals
- Effectively control costs
- Generate the planned return on investment
- Build and train your team
- Project staffing needs based on demands
- Execute and follow through with plans
- Identify and implement initiatives that are well-aligned with the company’s strategic plan
- Embrace, support and practice a collaborative style to achieve results with and through others
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- Prior experience working in accounting or finance, preferred
- Highly motivated to get things done the right way
- Excellent communication skills, listening, speaking, writing
- Highly confident and persuasive
- Must enjoy being constantly challenged
- Proficient with smartphones, computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong financial acumen – must feel comfortable using Key Performance metrics and financial statements to manage the business and excel as a leader
