The Opportunity
Step into an impactful role as an Operations Supervisor with Cleanaway, where you will play a key role in supporting our operations at the Griffith branch.
- Lead a team of 8 drivers and maintain a fleet of 8 vehicles to ensure seamless operations
- Coordinate and schedule repairs & maintenance compliance for the branch
- Engage with service providers within Cleanaway as well as third-party suppliers
- Support critical areas of fatigue management and driver compliance to uphold safety standards
- Oversee and finalize the administration needs of the business in these areas
- Manage daily operations in the Griffith area to meet growing customer demands
About You
You bring a proactive approach to operational management with a focus on safety, compliance, and team support. Your background demonstrates:
- Experience in logistics, transport, or waste management operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Understanding of compliance requirements in fatigue and driver management
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proven experience in engaging with service providers and managing R & M activities
- Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability
- A HR licence is advantageous but not essential
