Full time position available for Lead HVAC Service Technician and Supervisor at a growing residential heating & air conditioning company in Reisterstown, MD. This is a leadership position. Must hold HVAC journeymen's or master's license. Journey or Master gas fitter's license is a bonus! Must have complete and total understanding of and be able to service and install all residential based HVAC systems including central heating and cooling systems and ductless (mini split) systems. Must be able to work independently and as a team. Must be extremely dependable and self driven. Must be able to be part of on call rotation. Must be reliable and on time. Must be able to pass background check. Must have valid Maryland driver's license and clean driving record. Overtime opportunities available. Earn spiff incentives and bonuses twice a year. Average yearly earnings range from $130k-$150k.
