The Big Task
The HVAC Sales and Service Technician provides exceptional customer service and educates customers regarding technical and investment decisions by providing multiple options and solutions while making service calls in customer’s homes.
Key Sub Tasks
- Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of all types of heating and cooling systems.
- Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues to keep equipment functioning properly
- Perform proper inspection of the customers system to prevent future issues
- Experience as a Service Technician in a residential service and maintenance operation
- Knowledge of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
- A strong desire to build and maintain relationships with your customers and team members
- Get potential customers excited about Climate Pro and encourage them to spread the word.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
