Chesapeake SmartEnergy Solutions partners with local utilities companies: Baltimore Gas and Electric, SMECO, Pepco & Delmarva Power to provide HVAC & Building tune-up services to Business and Government customers.

Chesapeake is seeking reliable and qualified candidates to perform energy efficiency HVAC Service Tune-ups to Commercial business and Government buildings located in Maryland.

We have Entry Level and Management Opportunities available.

Service Representatives work anywhere in Maryland and VA

Job Skills and Requirements

No Experience necessary
Knowledge of Thermostat install a plus
Knowledgeable with HVAC Maintenance Service a plus
Empower Maryland HVAC Experience a plus
Provides excellent customer service
Able to manage a schedule and to consistently be on time
Local travel is required
Energy efficiency assessment experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license
Income Potential

Full Time: Earn an average of $20 to $25 per hour, plus performance-based Commission, Bonuses & Auto allowance

Can make $40,000 - $70,000
