Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, and refrigeration units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to design and build custom HVAC solutions for residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct equipment repairs on various appliances as needed.
- Utilize mechanical skills to plumb and refrigerate systems effectively.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to all traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Proven minimum 3 years experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems is desirable.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.

-Ability to operate as a van driver.

- EPA Certification.

Pay Range is based on experience and expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
