*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Manager to oversee the operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, training development, and hospitality management, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant operations. *Responsibilities* - Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service - Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and ensure adherence to food safety standards - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory tracking - Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards for both casual and fine dining experiences - Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly and professionally *Requirements* - Proven experience in hospitality management, including bartending and restaurant operations - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
