Summary: This position will diagnose and repair drain issues and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. Work with other multiple departments to inspire efficient and effective communication and ensure a job is done right.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate Aquarius’ Core Values at a high level.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Execute drain-cleaning work in a clean, professional, and efficient manner.
- Build and present options ethically for both repairs and permanent solutions.
- Respectfully work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for completed and incomplete jobs.
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documenting of activities.
- Maintain company-provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools, and shop equipment.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Join the on-call rotation.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate actively in all training exercises and meetings, which allows you to grow and develop as a professional.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
- 1+ years of experience in drain cleaning.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
- Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds.
- Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely.
- Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and has a great attitude on life.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency.
- Punctual and prepared to work before the scheduled start time.
- Clean presentation of self and vehicle.
