Job Description: - License management and allocation.
- Hands on in managing the Tenant configuration and addressing issues.
- Understanding of Azure AD, MFA, SSO and application onboarding.
- Able to manage SPO admin and setting, access management.
- Expertise in Power Platform Admin including governance of the platform.
- Teams Administration and fixing issues related to teams.
- Managing MS message centre and take action accordingly.
- Good communication skill (both oral and written)
- Knowledge of ITIL process and SNOW tool will be an advantage .
