Essential Job Functions
- Word processing, filing and scheduling
- Prepares reports and provides record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary
- Responds to general inquiries from management, employees and clients inside and outside of the company
- Creates, assists with and updates presentations
- Prepares internal and external correspondence
- Assists with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices, software applications and satisfaction survey software.
- Ability to project, manage and produce executive quality reports
Education Requirements
- Achieved a level of Degree/Master Certification
- 0-3 years previous experience providing administrative and customer support
