We’re looking for dedicated professionals to provide exceptional service and exceed the expectations of our high-end, commercial real estate clients. In this role, you’ll not only showcase your technical expertise but also play a key part in project management and leadership within our Service Department.
What You’ll Do:
As a vital member of our team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and Repairing: Troubleshoot and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including:
- 40–100-ton package units
- Water-source heat pumps (WSHP)
- Variable air volume (VAV) and fan-powered boxes (FPB)
- VRF systems, boilers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, and more!
- Delivering Excellence: Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and maintain a safe, clean work environment by properly using PPE and keeping your company vehicle fully stocked and organized.
- Leading Projects: Manage assigned projects, coordinating with Account Managers and Service Coordinators for parts, subcontractors, and labor, while effectively communicating your daily schedule.
- Building Relationships: Maintain regular communication with your team, Service Coordinator, and customers, keeping them informed about arrival times, issues encountered, and proposed solutions.
Who You Are:
You are a motivated professional with:
- Experience: 5+ years in commercial/industrial HVAC.
- Education: An associate's degree or equivalent training.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Certifications: Tech registration with TDLR and EPA Universal Certification.
- Tools: Your own basic hand tools (gauges, meters, etc.) and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Mindset: A self-sufficient team player, driven to learn and grow in the industry, with a passion for serving customers.
Physical Demands:
Be prepared to lift heavy equipment, work on ladders and high elevations, and adapt to varying climates.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
