Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! Poulin Solar Pro is looking for a Solar Electrician who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.
Solar Electrician Qualifications:
- Current JE-98J or ER1J license, High School Diploma or equivalency, required;
- 2 (+) years of solar electrician experience (solar products, roofing, electrical work, and ability to lift 50 [+] lbs. and work in diverse environments); Enphase IQ8A and OSHA 30 certification, preferred.
- A passion for solar energy and working as a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and various applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills.
- Guided decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.
Solar Electrician Responsibilities:
- Attend goal-setting meetings with Project Manager and team.
- Work alongside Field Manager and all Solar Installers.
- Pre-Install.
- Install.
- Post-Install.
