We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing various types of machinery and equipment, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Looking for technicians with a minimum of 3 years experience. Candidates should be able to identify and diagnose problems quickly, while providing timely and accurate solutions. The Service Technician will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on all equipment and keeping detailed records of all service work performed.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems.
- Install, maintain, and repair customer equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
- Provide customer service and technical support.
- Test and inspect customer equipment for proper operation.
- Document service calls and customer interactions.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers on the status of their service requests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
