Your job will be to train our technicians and salespeople before, during, and after each call.

As our Inside Sales Coach, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing “Virtual Ride-along” service and sales coaching and improving results in real time
- Orientation of new Technicians to the company service, sales, and our Polar Bear culture
- Perform “Intensive Care” on existing Techs who are struggling with results
- Inspire our mid-performing Techs and guide them to improve
- Observe our high-performing Techs and learn new techniques that work to share with others
You’re not holding hands and wiping noses.
You’re transferring confidence so our people can best serve our customers.
