Job Summary
The main responsibility of a Delivery Fulfilment Agent is to consistently ensure that all deliveries are fulfilled on a daily basis via our system. This involves checking open sales orders and checking if all items are in stock for the customer, you would then be required to call customer to take the balance of payment on the items then book a delivery onto the route where the customers location is. We are committed to providing our customers with an easy and enjoyable furniture shopping experience. The Delivery Fulfilment Agent is critical in ensuring we meet that goal. This person serves customers by answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming orders, scheduling deliveries, and keeping customers informed of their order status.
Job Description:
Provide the frontline delivery service to customers that will enhance the company’s position as one of Ireland’s leading furniture retailers.
Provide a friendly and efficient service in ensuring all daily deliveries are completely fulfilled.
Take incoming delivery related calls from customers
Identify outstanding customer orders and processing their orders.
Achieve daily KPIs on outgoing stock. These KPI’s will be determined by your supervisor/line manager.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all delivery routes and company products.
Proactively anticipate customer issues and taking appropriate action
Liaise with Supervisor/Warehouse Manager to ensure daily output target is achieved.
Supporting delivery teams as they deliver product
Responsible for executing all office administrative operations.

Adhering to all banking and payment transaction safety procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years of experience in an administration role (preferred but not essential).
Maintain excellent internal communications and cooperation with other departments
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new software program's.
