What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Maintenance Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our community remains a safe and welcoming place for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preventative Maintenance Program: Develop and manage a comprehensive program to keep our community in tip-top shape.
- Invoice Management: Review and approve invoices for completed work, ensuring timely processing for payment.
- Supervising Repairs: Oversee maintenance and repair tasks for both the interior and exterior of the community, including resident apartments. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director and outside contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Hands-On Repairs: Handle plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs, along with special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: At least 3 years in maintenance, construction, or emergency repairs is essential, along with a solid understanding of various systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
