Seeking HVAC Installer to fulfill a role on our dynamic Commercial installation team. This individual will be in a position that interacts on a daily basis with our valued clients, team members, and other trades. This individual must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Commercial HVAC installation and possess basic tools required to perform duties installing sheet metal/spiral ducting/HVAC systems. Must be willing to actively embrace our company's values and culture of Integrity, Hard Work, and Pride in workmanship.
Project locations are in the San Diego area, No need to travel to perform work.
Main Activities Include:
- Installation of HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer spec.
- Installation of hanging straps and installation of duct work (square, round and rectangular).
- Installation of Ductless Split systems.
- Working on ladder and scissor lifts.
- Problem solving in real time, leadership of crew, and displaying active listening skills to accomplish mission success on a project.
