```Duties```
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects and resolve complex issues
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
```Skills```
- Proficient in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical wiring, controls, and components
- Experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry
- Ability to braze and perform piping tasks related to HVAC systems
- Knowledge of different brand manufacturers and best practices
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems
- Experience with low temp refrigeration systems (preferred but not required)
- Field service experience, including on-site troubleshooting and repairs
- Welding skills for fabrication or repair work (preferred but not required)
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC system designs, blueprints, and schematics
