Job Summary
We are a small residential HVAC business in the metro area seeking a skilled Service Technician and to assist in the Installation of HVAC equipment to join our small team. You are required to have a Masters in Warm Air and Class A Gas Fitters in Minneapolis and/or St. Paul (Refrigeration will increase pay). We offer limited after hour service November-March for NO heat service, your duties will require on call, we offer additional pay for on call. A Company Van with fuel card, tools and equipment (excluding hand tools) is provided.

Duties
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, providing effective solutions.
- Fabricate components as necessary for system installations or repairs.
- Collaborate with service technicians to design and implement efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the heating and cooling industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Familiarity with refrigerate systems, air conditioning units, and forced air heating
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
