FutureWay Mechanical, Inc., an HVAC Construction and Service Company, is hiring Journeyman Service Technicians. If you have at least 7 years of experience and can perform all the responsibilities listed below, then please contact us.
· Troubleshoot, repair and replace HVAC equipment for commercial service customers.
o RTU equipment from 200-ton and below to include: RTU’s, Split Systems, VRF’s, CRAC Units, Water Source Heat Pumps and DOAS Systems.
· Troubleshoot repair and replace VRV’s, VFD’s, Motors, Compressors, Pumps, and other devices.
· Low voltage wiring and startup, including power exhausts, economizers, smoke detectors, thermostats and other mechanical devices.
· Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools and digital HVAC gauges to include digital reports with Fieldpiece.
· Performs planned HVAC maintenance.
· Completes service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls with a high level of workmanship and within the time allocated.
· Performs project walks and due-diligence inspections as needed.
· Completes job call paperwork while still at the client site and downloads all pictures and other information in HouseCall – our service software program.
· Communicates with the office to ensure each job is properly documented.
· Takes part in professional training and other company sponsored activities.
· Must be honest and have a positive “can do” attitude and a strong work ethic.
· May be required to occasionally work after hours or weekends.
· Performs other tasks as required.
· Range of Availability - Monday – Friday between the hours of 5am – 5pm.
· $33 - $40 per hour for highly qualified candidates.
