Responsibilities:
- Perform field service activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
-Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on site
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements or modifications
- Fabricate and assemble components as needed
- Provide technical support to customers and assist with training on equipment operation
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used
Requirements:
-We are a dealer for Link-Belt Excavators, Hyundai Construction Equipment, and FRD hammers. Working knowledge of this type of equipment is required.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in hydraulics and mechanical systems
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships
-Ability to use diagnostic scanners
