The Radon Mitigation Technician at SWAT Environmental is responsible for the installation and service of radon mitigation systems. SWAT is looking for self-motivated individuals with a great attitude and a desire to be part of a growing company with a winning culture. ** We are seeking Candidates who live within 15 miles of Minneapolis, MN - 55416**
Essential Functions:
- Inspect homes and work with customers to determine the most effective placement of radon mitigation systems.
- Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.
Who Qualifies?
We are seeking candidates who have previous experience in areas such as a Cable Technician, Maintenance Technician, Plumber, HVAC Technician, Electrician, Handyman, Apprentices, Construction Laborers, Roofers, Carpenters & those that are good with ladders, customer service & looking for a career that enhances your skill sets.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- 1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades, or apprenticeship is preferred.
- Lift and carry a 60-pound ladder.
- Work on ladders at 40 feet and higher.
- Work in confined spaces (ability to turn, twist, bend, stoop, reach).
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Operate drill, hole-saw, coring drills, and other hand tools safely.
- Acquire and maintain required certifications.
- Use technology (mobile phones, tablets, laptops).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
