We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while also engaging in business development activities to expand our market presence. The technician will work closely with clients to ensure their HVAC needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Analyze system performance data to recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Utilize software tools such as Service Titan for tracking service requests and managing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for HVAC services.
- Communicate effectively with customers
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with sales processes and business development strategies within the HVAC industry.
- Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer information and service records (Service Titan experience is a plus).
- Ability to analyze data related to system performance and make informed recommendations.
- Strong communication skills
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC are preferred.

Pay: $1,498.00 - $1,779.00 per week
