Receptionist and AdministratorLooking for an experienced receptionist for a prestigious motor showroom in North Cork. This is a Monday to Friday role and you will be on the front desk of this busy showroom and also support the sales team with the sales and aftersales process.Key Responsibilities - Answer phone calls, take messages and greet customers.
- Supportthe sales team with the administrative sales andaftersales processes tasks required to conclude vehicle sales .
- Registernew vehicles and do change of ownership
- Process invoices and credit notes.
- Record,trackand follow-up of claims to manufacturers
Experience/Requirements - Previous experience in an similar receptionist or administrative role
- Strong communication, time management and administration skills
- Good IT skills including - MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Remuneration Package €30-35,000 per annum
