Job Summary
We are seeking skilled, licensed HVAC Apprentices to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Must be able to communicate effectively within the team and have your own tools.
Duties
- Perform regular maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Diagnose/troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Install new HVAC systems according to building codes and manufacturer specifications
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
Skills
- Must have 3 yrs on the job / in the field experience with proficiency in HVAC systems including refrigeration, and schematics
- Strong knowledge of field service, property maintenance, and equipment repair
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Familiarity with plumbing systems related to HVAC installations
- Certification in HVAC/R and commercial preferred
Pay depending on experience
