- Most importantly: ensure that every customer walks away with a smile to reflect the company's quality standards
RequirementsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native level of German with a proficient level of English
- Previous experience in luxury Customer Service or the Hotel industry (min. 2 years)
- Already based in Berlin
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being able to quickly understand customers' needs and empathise with them
- Structured and well-organized way of working
- Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
