Service Plumber will be responsible for general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility.
Scope of work:
* Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water and distribution systems.
* Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
* Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber’s snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.
* Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
* Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.
* Complete all Safety programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour
