Experienced Service Plumber
Joe Cole Plumbing is currently seeking ALL-STAR Plumbing Service Technicians to join our growing team!
Job Description
- Performs a variety of residential and commercial plumbing jobs including water heaters, toilet repairs, faucets & fixtures, leak detection, gas work, sewer camera inspections and drain cleaning.
- Completes work with quality and efficiency to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard of work quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provides estimates and presents options, taking the time to learn our customers needs and educate them on available solutions.
- Professionally represents the company and delivers a “Best-In-Class” customer experience.
- Properly documents job findings and other job details in Service Titan software.
Position Requirements
- Minimum three years’ plumbing experience
- Comfortable interacting with customers and presenting estimates
- Proficient with field service software (Service Titan preferred)
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Clean driving history
- Able to pass a drug and criminal background check
- Must speak English (Debe hablar inglés con fluidez)
- Experience working in high end homes and fixtures preferred
- Backflow certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
