· Foreman – Multi-Family / Apartments
This is a full-time position to manage large crews on fast paced, new construction apartment projects throughout the greater Phoenix Metro area.
Foreman performs daily duties including ordering materials, managing all on site personnel, safety compliance, completing daily logs and time cards and direct communication with the general contractor on site.
Must have minimum 8 or more years of experience as an electrician, who has supervised crews of 10 or more people on multi-family projects. Clean driving record is recommended as you may be provided a company vehicle. Must be a well organized, motivated individual with excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills. Extensive knowledge of NEC & local codes currently being enforced is necessary.
