The Installer is responsible for the installation of foodservice equipment in accordance with the project specifications in a safe and timely manner.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for complete delivery, uncrating, and setting in place of foodservice equipment.
- Install equipment using hand or power tools.
- Examine equipment for defects to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow all safety guidelines, maintaining a clean work area and machines/tools organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required: High School diploma or equivalent and experience or schooling on general construction and the use of hand and power tools as well as the ability to read and understand specifications and blueprints. intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel & Word), strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills. Must have a valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Must be able to travel for overnight stays. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Preferred: Successful completion of an accredited Technical/Trade School and forklift certification.
