John Nugent & Sons, a family-owned and operated HVAC, plumbing, and electric company is looking for an outgoing individual to join our team as a Installation scheduler. The candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, professional and a team player.
The ideal candidates will have 5 years of Customer Service experience in a similar service industry.
You will be responsible for or assist with the following: Call Intake/Scheduling. Wage will be aggressive and commensurate with experience.
DUTIES:
- Professionally answering incoming service calls
- Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Schedule pre install and install dates for customers
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for install crews
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Administration duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE:
- Mandatory 5 years customer service phone experience
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Knowledge of industry, 2 years experience
- Great Phone Etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
- Outstanding communication and customer satisfaction skills
- Good Computer/Typing/Data Entry Skills
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
- This position is full-time, approximately 40 hrs/week that may include some evenings and Saturdays.
- Periodic overtime may be required.
- Regular, timely, and predictable adherence to an assigned work schedule is an essential function of the job.
