Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience in a professional capacity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in all aspects of plumbing repairs and installations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations.
- ServiceTitan knowledge is a must!
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
HVAC Skills:
- Troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Repairing or replacing damaged HVAC components
- Diagnosis and Assessment: Accurately diagnose HVAC issues and provide detailed explanations and solutions to clients.
Compliance: Ensure all work is in compliance with local HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, offering excellent customer service, and addressing any questions or concerns.
Documentation: We use ServiceTitan and you will be required to maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used pictures of work completed and any other items required to ensure clear communication with our customers.
Teamwork: This is a huge part of our business and structure. We rely on each other on a daily basis to help get through the day and work as efficient as possible.
Emergency Response: Be available for on-call duty as needed for emergency HVAC services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
