Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems without the need to upsell products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers’ heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency
- Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers
- Complete work orders and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians and provide input on complex issues
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred)
- EPA certification or ability to obtain it
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
