We are looking for an energetic and ambitious person to help us grow our business! The position will support our three businesses including Real Estate, Property Management, and Handyman Services with a focus on general handyman tasks. STRONG experience in handyman work is required including ability to swap ceiling fans, replace garbage disposals, install a pre-hung door, make basic drywall and texture repairs, change out door locks, tile repair and installation, etc. The position will require a person who is resourceful, energetic, eager, and has solid verbal and written communication skills. Requirements and details include:
- 18+ years of age
- Must have clean (or nearly clean) driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have clean criminal background
- Must have clean, professional appearance. Modest and generally non-offensive tattoos and piercings are okay.
- We have a policy against smoking and vaping in the workplace. What you do on your own time is your business but we will not accept any evidence of it when reporting to work or on the clock.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Must have STRONG handyman skills such as swapping ceiling fans, replacing garbage disposals, installing faucets, changing outlets, installing pre-hung doors, making basic drywall and texture repairs, changing out door locks, tile repair and installation, flooring install and repair, appliance installation, etc
- $65,000-$75,000/year starting salary
- 45-50 hour work week
- Saturday and early evening availability as needed for on call responsibilities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
