Position Overview:
Loyal Blue Heating and Cooling is looking for a high-performing HVAC Sales Technician ready to maximize their earning potential with uncapped commissions. Our Sales Technicians sell a range of services, from HVAC replacements to air duct cleaning, to residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home or on-site evaluations of HVAC systems and air ducts, diagnosing issues and recommending suitable repair, maintenance, replacement, or cleaning services.
- Present comprehensive and tailored HVAC solutions, including air duct cleaning, system replacements, and energy-efficient upgrades to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by nurturing relationships with customers and providing expert guidance on their HVAC and air quality needs.
- Prepare detailed proposals and estimates for HVAC and air duct services, ensuring transparency and clear communication with customers.
- Actively follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries to grow your sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on HVAC and air quality trends, products, and technologies to provide customers with informed recommendations.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, driving repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales with a strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air duct cleaning, and system installations.
- The ability to sell $1MM in sales revenue per year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time, and prioritize sales efforts effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
