Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Required: Service Titan Experience - minimum 1 year
Preferred: 2+ years in Customer Service
Skills: Able to read and understand company operational instructions. Able to operate
common telephone and computer equipment.
Physical: Must be able to bend, stoop, sit for prolonged periods and have sufficient
mobility to navigate throughout the office. Must have full use of all senses
with correction.
Mental: Must be able to effectively communicate with a predominately English
speaking customer base. Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
Tasks and Duties, Measures of Performance:
1) Make a high volume of out bound calls to pursue opportunities generated from employees of Company.
2) Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
3) Schedules appointments through proper selection of options as listed in the reference library including but not limited to job class, type and lead source.
4) Monitors and complies with the number of calls per time slot requirement; obtaining up to date information in conjunction with the call center / dispatch room and communication from manager.
5) Evaluates customer history searching for various opportunities, paying specific attention to previous service history including pricing, equipment age and services not yet performed at the service location.
6) Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
7) Proactively recommend items needed by customer to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
8) Increase sales by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
9) Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
10) Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
11) Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles.
12) Accurately process customer transactions such as orders or quotes.
13) Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items if applicable.
14) Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery.
15) Communicates with a positive demeanor and strong attitude.
16) Schedules appointments and appointment changes with high consideration to timeliness/effectiveness of service related to company productivity and generation of revenue.
17) Monitor scheduled appointment dates for leads set to ensure completion and update or reschedule as needed.
18) Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
19) Acts as a back-up dispatcher/call taker when needed as instructed by manager.
20) Complies with the Companies pricing, marketing campaigns, website content, pricing sheets, discounts and sales strategies ensuring the materials are current and correct.
21) Properly documents imperative information in the opportunity manager for proper follow up.
22) Runs daily reports needed to follow up with open opportunities in a timely manner.
23) Adheres to the parameters of the Opportunity Manager as given by the Company.
24) Receives calls from customers calling into the Company regarding phone quotes for new equipment.
25) Remain current on consumer preferences, changes in local codes and product developments by attending sales meetings, vendor training and trade shows, or ride alongs with technicians as authorized by Manager.
26) Set up and maintain customer files.
27) Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
28) Respects the confidentiality of the company, customers and other employees.
29) Maintains a cooperative working relationship with supervisors and other employees.
30) Recognizes and performs duties, which need to be performed although not directly assigned, assisting others as needed.
31) Reports to work on time each day, after lunch and breaks and does not leave early.
32) Always provides proper notification and advance notice of absence.
33) Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner.
34) Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance appropriate for the working conditions and location.
35) Seeks instructions and direction as necessary for the performance of assigned duties.
36) Manage time effectively and meet personal goals.
37) Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software.
38) Other duties as assigned.
