Maintenance Supervisor
Duties:
- Travel within the region to oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Experience:
- Proven experience in project management and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
