- If you are an HVAC or plumbing Professional with experience with Commercial Service Work, we want to talk to you! We are searching for Plumbing Professionals of various experience levels from the local area with a talent for customer service and a desire to succeed! You must be licensed and reside in DC, Maryland, or Virginia.
Position Summary: Perform a variety of services ranging from fixture repairs to plumbing system replacements for our customer base while providing excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Journeyman/Journeywoman level experience
- Commercial service and installation experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in reading blueprints
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Willing to work in all types of weather
- Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
- Previous residential or apartment maintenance knowledge
- Experience with steam heat/boiler systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Must possess a valid Apprentice, Journeyman/Journeywoman, or Master HVAC Certification from a recognized and accredited post-secondary institution with 5 years of experience.
- Must have an active HVAC license for Maryland.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.
- Must have own tools

- Ability to work in a varying schedule depending on the company's needs with minimal notice if required, including on holidays and weekends.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
- Honesty and trustworthiness in all aspects.
- Maintain old plumbing fixtures and modernize when needed.
- The Plumber must have the ability to work unsupervised.
- Basic knowledge of trades required to help with repairs and maintenance of homes.
- Have the ability to perform duties in confined spaces and awkward positions when necessary.
- Ability to climb stairs and/or ladders, occasionally working at heights above 30 feet. Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Advise management of the need for significant repairs to homes and plumbing fixtures to ensure physical appearance and safety.
- Once assignments are completed, be proactive in seeking additional work and checking in with supervisors and co-workers in need of additional help.
- Must perform emergency on-call duties as assigned.
Special Qualifications:
Possession of a valid driver’s license. (required)
Possession of Maryland Master HVAC license. (required)
or
Possession of Maryland Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber/Gas Fitter license. (required)
Manlift Certification (preferred)
OSHA 30 Construction Certification (preferred)
CPR – First Aid Certification (preferred)
