Qualifications
- Must have valid Colorado Residential, Journeyman, or Master Electrician License with knowledge of local electrical codes
- Residential/Commercial service experience highly preferred. Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Ability to follow direction and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
Primary Job Functions:
- Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of customer needs and expectations as it pertains to general electrical in-home service calls.
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and complete repairs of electrical fixtures and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
- Install power wiring, control wiring, and communications wiring in conduit.
- Install power distribution equipment including breaker panels, transformers, disconnects, meter sockets, etc.
- Mount and install light fixtures and lighting controls.
- Adhere to all safety and quality codes
- Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
