SuperTech is seeking a HVAC Install Coordinator / Assistant Manager to assist in all aspects of HVAC, primarily HVAC system installation, and to provide superb customer service to customers and to support team members. Job Duties include:
- Assist in planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating all aspects of the installation department
- Assist in hiring, training, supervising, coaching and terminating installation team personnel
- Supervise installation jobs for both residential and light commercial customers to ensure quality standards met, including but not limited to reviewing upcoming jobs with installer and instruct as needed, troubleshoot, coach, direct and coordinate problems and concerns on installations.
- Track and management install team labor on all jobs to meet or beat estimates.
- Visit job sites as needed to assist with installation, training, verifying performance and job status.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
- Provide training for installation teams on proper installation procedures, best practices and to maintain quality standards
- Ensure safety standards are adhered to for both customer and employee safety.
- Assist in management of installation department budget
- Maintain the required administrative records and controls
- Manage installation equipment, materials and inventory needs for best pricing, quality and availability
- Manage installation equipment, tools, vehicles and parts/supplies needed for the installation department
- Maintain organized facilities including the placement of all materials in designated locations, including maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Assist in providing install team performance reviews.
- Assist Sales team with system design, labor hours, equipment and material ordering
- Work and interact with all company departments
- Utilize the computer system to perform job duties.

- Ability to comprehend & implement all applicable HVAC related federal, state and local government laws, codes and regulations
- Ability to professionally represent SuperTech at all business related social activities.
- Comprehensive computer software knowledge such as Microsoft Office, Work, Excel.
- Ability and willingness to learn and & become proficient at all other applicable software programs.
- Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen screening
- Have valid driver’s license with good driving record
