EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE & INSTALL TECHNICIAN
This is a full time position, we do not lay off during slow periods. We are currently seeking individuals with the following qualifications. Qualified applicants compensation is between $28 - $35 per hour with overtime available based on availability in the schedule. Performance bonuses given. Experienced applicants will start with 4 WEEKS OFF ANNUALLY. This is NOT a SELLING POSITION, there are no quotas, and there is no mandatory inventory you have to sell out of your truck. Just come to work, take pride in your work, and do the right thing by your customers.
- 3 to 9 years experience in the HVAC field
- Accurately diagnose and repair HVAC equipment
- Perform maintenance and service on HVAC equipment
- Experience in both installation of A/C and ductwork systems
- Experience using HouseCall Pro a plus
- Inverter Systems knowledge a plus
