Roles and Responsibilities:
Facility Operations Management:
· Supervise and coordinate daily operations at Compost USA facilities, including staff management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
· Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure their proper functioning.
· Monitor and maintain compost quality and production levels.
· Monitor and maintain facilities
· Daily communication inbound and outbound needs
Regulatory Compliance:
· Ensure that all Compost USA facilities adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permits.
· Ensure all FDEP required logs are up to date
· Implement and update environmental and safety protocols and policies.
Quality Control:
· Implement quality control measures to ensure the production of consistent high-quality products.
· Conduct regular inspections and testing
Resource Management:
· Manage the procurement of inbound materials necessary for composting operations.
· Optimize resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Development:
· Supervise and mentor facility staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
· Foster a positive work environment and promote safety awareness.
OM Reporting and Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of all composting activities, production volumes, and quality data at each site
· Ensure each site is operating at optimum levels
· Prepare regular reports for management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Supervising experience: 5 years (Required)
- Maintenance management: 3 years (Required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Lake Placid, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
