The position is offered on a Hybrid working basis with travel to our Munich office as required.
What you will do
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time and in a service-oriented manner
- Coordinate and monitor incoming support requests and ensure that they are processed efficiently
- Take responsibility for the invoicing of service partners, ensuring that this is done punctually and correctly
- Manage invoice discrepancies, working closely with the Area Service Manager to make corrections
- Review and approve product replacement requests in close cooperation with the service partners
- Monitor payments to our service partners and ensure that they are in line with the terms of the contract
- Manage the order management of spare parts and accessories for service partners and wholesalers
- Act as the central point of contact for these target groups
- Act as the interface with the European headquarters, ensuring a smooth flow of information and communication between the departments
What you need to succeed
- Experience in finance and order management or similar administrative activities
- Strong analytical skills and solution focused
- A strong customer focus and the ability to work efficiently and in a structured manner
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations, maintaining attention to detail and a service orientated approach
- Technical training and a commercial mindset
- Working knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Very good PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally SAP
- A team-oriented approach
