We are a local service leader seeking a high-performing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Sales Manager to join our growing, successful team. As a Sales Manager with us you will direct and lead residential and commercial sales strategies to include defining, implementing, and monitoring your sales team’s performance.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals.
- Driving revenue and conversion for the division.
- Acting as a trainer and resource to the team in products, services, and the sales processes.
- Hiring, training, and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals.
- Lead sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc.
- Meeting with sales management team weekly to present performance reports.
Experience,
- Five years of in-home sales management experience is required.
- A college degree in a technical field or building science is preferred.
- Outside sales experience/knowledge required.
- Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment.
- Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Strong presentation and customer service skills.
- Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.
- Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet.
