The Job: Resort General Manager
A day in the life...
This role will lead a private island resort destination.
We are:
Little Palm Island Resort & Spa is a one-of-a-kind destination. Situated on a private Island 30 minutes from Key West, accessible only by our private ferry. With a selection of 30 luxury suites, a Balinese-style spa, the main attraction is the exclusive waterside fine dining overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with sunset views and fire pits for enjoying a nightcap. With over half of the seats located right on the ocean, The Dining Room seats 100 guests and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, you and your team serve fine cocktails in the lounge, in-room dining, and cater to small refined private gatherings. Requirements:
You own this if you have...
- At least 5 years in leadership experience as a General Manager at a luxury hotel/resort environment (knowledgeable in Forbes & Relais & Chateaux Standards preferred)
- Immersion in the following resort divisions highly desirable: Food & Beverage, Front Desk and/or Rooms, Golf/Club, Spa
- Demonstrated facilitation of organizational change management, particularly in a long-standing, traditional resort or property
The Offer: In return, you are rewarded with a competitive compensation package to include competitive pay, bonus potential, matching 401k, health benefits, generous travel discounts, paid time off, and the opportunity to lead a team in paradise.
Salary Range for the role: $200,000 to $210,000 + Incentive Bonus Potential
(Included in the Package: Housing (taxed at Fair Market Value) + Boat
