Responsibilities/Duties: Assist and support Journeyman or Master Electrician in all aspects of work relating to the electrical installation of Generac generator systems and electrical work. This includes, but is not limited to loading and unloading equipment and tools as necessary. Following instructions of the Electrician running the work or job. Maintaining tools and supplies well organized, and understanding the purpose and name of each within a ninety day period. Perform in a fast-paced environment, listen and comprehend instructions, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in that type of environment.
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Higher education, experience, or a related trade school is a plus. Possess and demonstrate good mechanical aptitude, be in good physical condition, and be capable of lifting 50 pounds. Must be able and willing to work in a variety of conditions and circumstances, to include, but not be limited to cold, heat, tight spaces, crawl spaces, and attics. Must be able to lift 80-100 pounds. Must have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, be team oriented, and have a desire to succeed and grow with the Hale’s Team.
