MUST BE EPA CERTIFIED
The Maintenance Tech/HVAC Tech is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical building. Under supervisor direction, performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, resident work orders, and seasonal repairs and changes to building and equipment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Performs general maintenance duties including repairing wall covers, floor covers, furniture and fixtures; light plumbing and minor electrical and appliance repairs.
2. Performs routine preventive maintenance.
3. Performs minor building and equipment repairs.
4. Performs general maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, including pumps, motors, fans, electrical systems, emergency generators.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
