Journeyman/Master Plumber

The Role
Bumble Bee Plumbing seeks an experienced, customer-focused Journeyman or Master Plumber. You will diagnose plumbing issues, provide cost estimates, and execute jobs from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong technical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnose plumbing problems and provide cost-effective solutions
- Utilize sales strategies to effectively close plumbing jobs
- Complete jobs in compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain truck inventory, cleanliness, and organization
- Input accurate data in our CRM system and manage job costing
- Consistently communicate job status to dispatch and clients
- Conduct routine inspections and manage warranty/follow-up jobs
Performance Expectations
- Generate minimum $40,000 revenue per month per truck
- Maintain 60%+ gross profit margin
- Achieve 90%+ positive customer reviews
- Maintain 70-75%+ closing rate on presented jobs
- Ensure 95% on-time performance for appointments
- Achieve 100% accuracy in CRM job costing and material tracking
- Maintain valid driver's and plumbing licenses
