Location: Hooksett, NH and surrounding counties.
Pay: $25-$38 per hour DOE
Job Duties:
- Select gauge and type of sheet metal according to products being fabricated or installed.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints and work orders as needed for an area of supervision.
- Install and direct installation of assemblies in buildings or worksites.
- Interpret company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules using knowledge of equipment, materials, and the capabilities of assigned personnel.
- Analyze and resolve work problems.
- Maintain time records and coordinates schedules.
- Provide input for project estimates and schedules.
- Works in conjunction with the assigned project manager to coordinate project schedules, deliveries, and activities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in sheet metal fabrication.
- Valid Driver's License in good standing.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Experience with planning, layout, fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal parts, equipment, and products, utilizing a knowledge of working characteristics of metallic and nonmetallic materials, machining, and layout techniques.
- Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
- Ability to analyze and solve work problems.
