What’s Expected:
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems while delivering top-notch customer service.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members. Complete paperwork accurately.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Utilize hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain systems
- Build client relationships through exceptional communication and service
- Educate clients on their systems and maintenance needs
- Identify opportunities to enhance home comfort systems
- Document all service performed and recommendations
- Adhere to quality and safety standards
Do You Have What It Takes?
- 8+ years of HVAC service experience with a strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
- An outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- EPA certification
- Valid U.S. work authorization
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $91,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
